The Tools I Use
On occasion, I receive an email asking which tools I use and recommend for earning money online. Currently, I recommend using, above all else, your gut instincts. If you feel that something just isn’t right for you then steer clear - however, if your little voice is telling you to go for it - then go for it.
With that out of the way, the actual tools and recourses that I personally use to help me to reach my online income goals, in no particular order are:
Google Adsense Secrets Revealed (What Google Never Told You About Earning Money With Adsense) - this ebook is filled with great information on earning money with Adsense. It’s not written for the absolute beginner, it gets straight to the tactics you can use to increase your Adsense earning power. I highly recommend this book if you want to step your Adsense earnings up a notch.
SEO Website Builder - I have just recently added this bit of software to my arsenal, but it is beginning to look very promising. There are some quirks, but you can expect that with any software you purchase. The key is deciding whether or not you can work with the quirks and for the most part, I can. The forum is also an excellent resource to help you build highly profitable websites. I’ve already completed two test sites using the software, and I hope to complete a few more before the end of the year.
Self Starters Weekly Tips - I don’t get a chance to frequent this forum as much as I would like to, but if you’re on a tight budget and literally have no money to spare, then this resource is a must have. While it may not be as intimate as the sister forum (TIID), it does provide a wealth of information and the people there are very warm and welcoming.
WordPress - While this may not seem like a conventional tool to help generate an online income, it can be used as a quick and easy way to publish content. I personally use WordPress for a number of my websites that help me generate income. It’s easy to install and just as easy to publish with. I’ve actually put my skills to use by creating a WordPress optimization ebook and developing some wordpress tutorials.
I’ll continue to add to the list as I find more useful resources that can actually bring something to the table. And on another note, yes, I personally own, tested, or frequent each of the tools/websites listed above. If I don’t find use in something, I won’t list it — period.
